Project – Uttarakhand Sadan,New Delhi

After successfully completing the Uttarakhand’s Chief Minister House two years back….we are proud to do the flooring for another landmark project the newly constructed grand uttarakhand sadan at New Delhi, which was dedicated to general public on 5th of December 2011 by Chief Minister Maj.Gen.(retd.) B.C. Khanduri.

Mr.Khanduri had chosen our tiles because he wanted to show the cultural heritage of Uttarakhand in this building. In all the guest rooms our tiles have been used in two different designs and through out the lobbies spanning across four floors.

Soon the govt. will be opening up a souvenir shop, where general public can go and buy the traditional clothes, regional food and special herbs of uttarakhand state.

The Buddha statue in the image is like a style statement for the checkerboard floor…

Haveli in Faridabad

Haveli in Faridabad

About the project:  Mr.Yogi  Vaid the owner of Vaid Crafts, Faridabad had a vacant plot in front of his house. He wanted to build a house there with all the modern amenities but at the same time with an old world charm. Thus came the idea of building Ambargarh fort , which he gifted to his son Amber. Mr.Vaid with the help of his childhood friend Mr.Aman Nath of Neemrana Hotels decided on the whole concept and gave it a shape to what is today known as Ambargarh Fort. The material used in building even including the bricks were chosen from all over India.

I will be covering only the flooring part here which was done by us, for more information on the project you can visit this link
