Want to Learn Pottery – Delhi finally has a address and a place to learn this unique art @ The Clay Company at Nehru Place.

Aparna Choudhrie the Owner and the Creative Master of this pottery studio was very particular about how she wanted her studio to finally shape up, right from choosing the floor or using normal steel pipes as display frames and railings or be it using ceramic plates in bright colors to decorate the walls….everything is so creative.

Architect of the project Ms. Lakshmi of RLDA has indeed done an excellent job by creatively mixing different materials and mediums.

Herring Bone pattern from our range called as “Two Strap” has been used in Yellow and white and indeed the floor looks like a piece of art within the space.

Do drop in sometimes and take a lesson or two on pottery making from the master herself.

Jamie’s Italian @ Vasant kunj, Delhi

“I am incredibly excited to be taking Jamies Italian to India – it is such a vibrant and exciting place” – this is what celebrity chef Jamie Oliver has to say while opening its first outlet in India at ambience mall in Vasant Kunj after succesfully opening more than 40 restaurants worldwide in 11 countries.

Jamie’s Italian has a larger space with warm blue and grey terrazzo tiles all over the floor, sea green tiles lining the walls, elegant, minimal furniture, and a gleaming partially-open kitchen.

Team@ Studio Lotus and UK based architects Stiff & Trevillion has again chosen a very simple pattern amongst our collection and had used it very effectively and efficiently by choosing shades of blue and grey. The finish has been kept matt complementing the entire interiors of restaurant. Special thanks to asha and kristal once again for trusting us as there flooring partner for this amazing restaurant.
